I like the background, looks really futuristic. But that streak of light would've been better if looked more like it was caused by the guy. You know like an energy kick? [Gamer Mind] Maybe if you added the effect on his lower leg? Not sure.
Still looks kinda cool though, and I guess coffee is right, some other render might have suited the tag better.
