You may ask for your Omega upgrade to be canceled, but the money used for purchasing can not be refunded. Q. I already have Delta. Why should I buy Omega? And vice versa. A. Because there are features in either group that the other does not have. Example: Delta members get points bonuses, Omega members do not.
